Who we are

What began as a first property "rehab" in 2007 (with a 3-year-old and an infant in tow) grew into a thriving family business with a passion for historic preservation, neighborhood restoration, and creating beautiful living spaces. Nest Interiors is now a licensed, full-service design/remodel/build firm.

For over ten years, Kathy and Jordan have remodeled and reimagined homes for Jordan's brokerage and real estate investment firm, Good Bones Properties. The couple have purchased and transformed hundreds of historic properties, character homes and commercial spaces in countless communities in the Greater Los Angeles area, improving property values and designing beautiful and functional forever homes for buyers.

At the request of several friends and acquaintances - along with Jordan’s continued encouragement - Nest Interiors was hatched as a natural extension of the business. We provide our clients a unique combination of design, licensed contractors, and real estate expertise to both add value and meet the homeowners' specific, personal needs. Kathy’s work is often described as elegant, creative, fresh, functional, and budget-friendly. She is especially gifted at creating a high-end look for less, and mixing vintage with modern elements.
